The Knights of Valor was formed on March 24th, 2006 with the goal of being a mature, friendly, and helpful guild to its members. We are one of the oldest guilds on the server, persevering through all server events while other guilds, even famous raiding guilds, rose and fell. We strive to enjoy the game and progress through all the content while maintaining a casual, family environment.

Pre-Burning Crusade Milestones

• All dungeons on farm status
• Upper Blackrock Spire on farm status (10-man, 6 bosses not including Valthalak)
• Two bosses downed in Zul'Gurub (20-man, 13 bosses)
• One boss downed in Ahn'Qiraj Ruins (20-man, 6 bosses)
• 45min runs on farm status (Undead side of Stratholme)
• Tier 0.5 upgrade quest line complete

With the coming of the Burning Crusade (January 2007) as well as a change in guild masters (December 20th, 2006), the old content was temporarily abandoned to focus on the new content. A new age dawned for the Knights of Valor as an organized and focused approach to raiding evolved, allowing substantial progress while maintaining a non-hardcore culture.

Burning Crusade Milestones

Dungeon Content

• All Outland dungeons on farm status
• All Heroic Outland dungeons cleared
• Magister's Terrace (normal and heroic) on farm status
• All dungeon content cleared and on farm status

Tier 4 Raid Content

• Karazhan completely cleared and on farm status (10-man, 17 bosses)
• Gruul's Lair completely cleared and on farm status (25-man, 2 bosses)
• Magtheridon's Lair completely cleared and on farm status (25-man, 1 boss)
• All Tier 4 content cleared and on farm status

Tier 5 Raid Content

• Zul'Aman completely cleared and two timed chests achieved (10-man, 6 bosses, 4 timed chests)
• Five bosses downed in Serpentshrine Caverns (25-man, 6 bosses)
• Three bosses downed in Tempest Keep: The Eye (25-man, 4 bosses)

Tier 6 Raid Content

• One boss downed in Hyjal Past (25-man, 5 bosses)
• Black Temple trash to first boss (25-man, 9 bosses)

Post-Patch 3.0.2 Victories

• Two bosses downed in Hyjal Past
• Black Temple cleared (up through RoS post-patch, and the remaining three were after the WoTLK expansion at level 80)

By the next expansion (November 13, 2008), we had a strong guild that was not only motivated and stable, but experienced in Tier 6 raiding. Arthas' defeat awaits!
